Montego believes that all its employees have the potential to grow, both in their work roles, professionally, and personally. The Montego Academy is a platform to facilitate the Learning and Development of employees through various training initiatives which are aligned to the continuous growth of Montego Pet Nutrition, and the need for the development of all employees.

 

A range of courses are presented to: 

  • Enhance an employee’s skills in their current position

  • Broaden knowledge not related to an employee’s current position.

  • Facilitate on-the-job / inhouse learning interventions.

  • Ensure succession planning.

 

The application window period for the voluntary training programs will be made known, and employees will have an opportunity to apply for these programs.
