EMPLOYEE ACCOUNTS

  • Every employee will have their own account to utilise for purchases like pet food, refreshments, etc. 

  • In terms of company policy, you are limited to only spending twenty-five percent (25%) of your basic salary, per month, on loans and purchases from the company.  You will automatically receive a credit limit based on your basic salary, which will be added onto your account.  If you have an employee’s loan, the monthly repayment amount will be deducted from your credit limit and the remaining amount can be utilised for purchases.

  • If there is a Canteen Shop at your place of work, your fingerprint will be linked to your account, and must be used to purchase products. Please note that no other employee may purchase goods on your account

  • You are not obliged to use the entire monthly amount; you only use as much as your own budget allows.

  • You are responsible for your own account, and you determine how you use / will use your credit limit.

EMPLOYEE TRANSPORT

Employee transport assistance is available at our head office from time to time. This is not a guaranteed benefit or a permanent arrangement and can be stopped at any time. To find out more, please contact your HR Representative.
