The primary objective of the grievance procedure is to address a feeling of dissatisfaction felt by an employee or group of employees, due to a negative experience within the organisation and/or the service relationship with another member of staff within Montego Pet Nutrition.

Note, that reference to one gender will imply the opposite gender as well.
